Cookie policy

This policy explains how Psylocked Media (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on psylockedmedia.com and related static pages. We keep this in plain language and we only describe what is relevant to how this site is built today: a static, front-end site hosted in normal web hosting (for example Netlify), with a contact flow that can use mailto links in the browser.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. “Local storage” and “session storage” in your browser are similar, but not exactly the same. We mention them together where a feature might use them in the future, but the current public build is designed to avoid unnecessary tracking.

What we use today

• Strictly necessary / first-party session: Your host or CDN may set technical cookies (for example for security, load balancing, or a deploy preview) that are required for the service to work. We do not use these to profile you.
• Fonts and assets: This site can load Google Fonts and similar assets from their networks. Those providers have their own privacy and cookie rules. We choose fonts in a way that supports performance and privacy, but the connection to Google Fonts may be logged by their systems.
• Forms: Where you use our contact option that opens an email in your app (mailto), your message is handled by your email client and your provider, not by a Psylocked Media database from this form alone. If we add a hosted form later, we will update this policy to describe the processor, purpose, and retention.

What we do not do

We do not set third-party ad cookies, social tracking pixels, or a cross-site advertising profile for this static site. If that changes, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for consent before non-essential cookies or similar tools run.

How to control cookies

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. You can also use a privacy extension or a browser that blocks third parties by default. If you do that, the site may still work, or some design details (for example a web font) may look different.
